Interview with Anna Winck
We had the chance to meet the inspirational it girl Anna Winck for this month's fashion talks. She is currently living in Copenhagen, working as a stylist. She is a vintage fashion lover with a wardrobe full of colourful and unique pieces that she shares with her followers on her Instagram. Who would not get inspired by her unique and playful style?
When did you first realize that fashion had a special meaning to you? Was it easy for you to find your own style?
I have always had a thing for vintage clothes, that interest started super early. I think I've always had my own style haha - looking at old tagged photos on facebook of me wearing a Pokemon bag and a pink fake fur. I have always had fun with fashion - as it should be!
How would you describe your style?
Colorful, unplanned and 90s.
Some pieces have the power to make you feel confident in any situation. Do you have such pieces in your wardrobe? Tell us about what makes them so special to you.
I have always felt very confident when I’m wearing my schoolgirl outfit, blazer, white shirt, skirt and a tie. All vintage of course. I also feel very much like myself when I'm wearing a crop top and joggers - feel so comfortable in that kind of outfit so I guess that makes me feel confident as well.
Where do you find your biggest inspiration at the moment?
Instagram and also I’m rewatching the OC. Loooove their style and the fashion trends from that time.
What does luxury mean to you? Explain how you implement it in your everyday life and style.
Being able to work as a freelance stylist and content creator feels like luxury to me - to have the power to schedule my days every week and plan them how I want.
Who are the female role models inspiring you in your style?
Diana Frances Spencer, Reese Blutstein, Marissa Cooper, Ella Karlberg, Emma Rowenrose, Hanna MW (love you boss)
Aside from fashion, we would love to hear about your other interests in life! What is your driving force?
I live for my friends and family. They mean the world to me, really. To make sure they are feeling well and check in on them every day is my driving force.
