1.1 Seezona AB is a Swedish company with organization number 556789-7078 and registered address Riddargatan 17, 114 57 Stockholm, Sweden. Seezona is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data at www.seezona.com (referred to as “the website”). When we refer to "we", "us" or "our", we mean Seezona AB.

2.1 Which information do we collect?
2.1.1 Most of the personal data that we process about you is collected in connection with your usage of the website, when you click on links in digital marketing communications, when you are in contact with our customer service, and when you by other means have contact with us and provide information about you. In some cases, we can supplement the personal data provided by you with information from another (third party) in order to evaluate and improve the website and for marketing purposes.

3. Purpose and basis for the processing of personal
3.1 We collect and process data about you for various purposes, which are the outer frameworks for what we may use your personal data for.

3.5.2 If you have made purchases from us and have not refused to receive marketing from us regarding products similar to those you have previously purchased, we may send marketing related to such similar products to you. We may process your personal information to carry out customer surveys, research, or data analysis that is aimed at enhancing the quality of our customer service, websites, products/services, marketing, customer relationships, and experiences.
3.5.3 If necessary, we will process some of your personal information in order to be able to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, including to prevent, avert or prevent fraud and misuse of our website.
3.5.4 The legal basis for the above processing is our legitimate interest, which is considered to outweigh your interest in your personal data not being subject to processing based on GDPR Article 6 (1)(f). 4. Security
4.1 We take the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure that your personal data is not manipulated, lost, or destroyed, or accessed by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures change as technology develops and improves. Regarding the website, Seezona has an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer) which ensures that your personal data is transmitted in a secure and confidential manner by encrypting the information. Furthermore, the website has taken appropriate security measures to prevent personal data stored from being lost or used in an inappropriate or illegal way. Access to the personal data collected is limited to authorized persons and the information will be treated confidentially.
4.2 We will primarily handle your personal data within the EU/EEA. But we may also transfer your personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA if we need to share your data with suppliers or partners who are either located outside or who store personal data in, a country outside the EU/EEA. If your personal data is transferred to a country outside the EU/EEA, we take the necessary measures to legally transfer the personal data.
