Learn more about Daniela and Dan Cassab in the exclusive interview below.
How would you describe the typical Dan Cassab girl?
The typical Dan Cassab girl is wild at heart and kind at the soul. She is chic, stylish, and always ahead of the latest trends.
What core value does Dan Cassab stand for and why?
Dan Cassab is a brand anchored in the allure of modern design, as well as the artistry of craftsmanship and in the preservation of heritage. Producing ethical fashion with full transparency is one of our core values. Our commitment to our heritage is also an important pillar of the brand’s values.
Is there any fashion trend that you would like to see making a comeback? And what trend do you wish to never see again?
A trend that I would love to see making a comeback is vintage jewelry. I love using my Grandma’s old cocktail rings. A trend that I’m not as keen on is the skinny jeans trend - let us hope it doesn’t have a comeback!
When did you realize that fashion had a special meaning to you? Do you have a particular memory that you could share with us?
I grew up with a father that had denim factories and spent a lot of time in these factories as a child. I can still today remember the smell from these factories, and the touch of the garments. My family has always been in the textile industry, so it has been in my DNA for as long as I can remember. That I was going to work with fashion and textiles has always been obvious to me, and I have never hesitated on making fashion a part of my everyday life - it has always been a channel for me to express my creativity.
Last but not least, which are your favorite designers on Seezona.com and why?
Firstly, I love NUÉ - I just love their edgy and modern designs. I also like ESCVDO, especially as the brand has an inspiring story. Last but not least, I love CORTO MOLTEDO - their cassette clutch is one of my all-time favorite handbags!
