WHAT IS SEEZONA?

Seezona is a global platform dedicated to the next generation of fashion designers. We curate a unique selection of products from emerging creators, that we believe will be tomorrow’s best-selling brands.

We have gathered over 100 international labels at the forefront of fashion through unique designs, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable thinking. All products are available in limited quantities, which makes them truly special. Each brand has its own story and most of them are run by women, which makes us love them even more. We bring them to your fingertips before anyone else, to satisfy even the most acquainted taste.

Based in Stockholm, Sweden, but with a global footprint, we proudly stand for female empowerment, sustainability, and innovation in everything we do.

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

You can contact our customer service team by emailing hello@seezona.com. You can also use the support widget located in the footer of the website. We aim to address all inquiries within 48 hours. Customer service is available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm CET (2 am to 11 am ET), excluding bank holidays.

DOES SEEZONA HAVE ANY PHYSICAL STORES?

No, Seezona does not have any physical stores. Our exclusive collections are available for purchase solely through our official website, www.Seezona.com. Stay tuned for potential pop-ups, special stores, and other exciting activations in the future.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

​At Seezona, we proudly represent a collection of international brands with varying sizing standards. Please use the size guide available on each product page to help you choose the correct size.

WILL MY SIZE BE RESTOCKED?

Our brands often create limited quantities of their products to uphold sustainable practices. While restocks are uncommon, we're always ready to explore options for you. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@seezona.com, providing details about the styles you're interested in, and we'll be happy to assist you.


WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?

Some products on the Seezona website are marked as 'Made to order.' This indicates that the product will be made specifically for you once you have placed your order. Through this process, our brands can meet demand without creating products in excess, promoting sustainability.


WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

Some products on the Seezona website are available as Pre-Order. This indicates that the product is produced in batches and is made available for purchase before production is completed.


DOES SEEZONA ALLOW FOR PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION?

No, Seezona does not offer product customization at this time.

ORDERING

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT CURRENCY TO PAY IN?

We accept payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and SEK. The currency displayed is based on your location. You can edit the country and currency at any time.


WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON SEEZONA?

At Seezona, you can pay with Credit and Debit Cards, Afterpay, Clearpay, PayPal, Klarna, Alipay, and Google Pay. Please note that some payment options are exclusively available for some markets. All available options for your specific market will appear at checkout.

ARE TAXES AND DUTIES INCLUDED WHEN SHOPPING FROM SEEZONA?

If there are any applicable taxes and duties, these will be added to your order total at checkout. Taxes and duties are calculated based on your delivery address, the brands’ shipping country, and applicable taxation rules. Since you pay for any applicable taxes and duties at checkout, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. If you choose to return an order, please note that taxes and duties will not be refunded.


CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@seezona.com as soon as possible. Please include your Order ID and information about the changes you wish to make, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, if the order has already been processed with the brand(s), unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?

If an order arrives damaged, please reach our customer service team by emailing hello@seezona.com as soon as possible. Please include your Order ID and a description of the damaged product, including photos.

WHAT IS CROISSANT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Seezona offers a guaranteed resale option for the majority of our products (only available for US customers). These resales are powered by Croissant. If you want to learn more about Croissant, please visit their FAQ page: https://croissant.com/faqs

How resales with Croissant work:

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above 500$/500€/500£/5000SEK.

For orders below 500$/500€/500£/5000SEK, we have a flat shipping fee of 20$/20€/20£/200SEK per brand ordered/parcel. Please note that if your order contains products from more than one brand, the order will be sent in separate parcels. The maximum shipping fee you will be charged is 50$/50€/50£/500SEK regardless of how many brands your order includes.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDERED PRODUCT(S)?

We deliver the majority of our in-stock products within 3-5 business days. However, please note that some products may have a slightly longer delivery time due to their shipping origin. In addition to in-stock products, we also offer some made-to-order products, which typically require an additional 1-4 weeks for production. Furthermore, some of our brands offer selected products on pre-order. You can always find information about the estimated delivery time for a specific product indicated on the product page.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking link is provided via email when your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that if you have ordered products for more than one brand, the order will be delivered in separate parcels. In this case, you would receive a tracking email for each parcel.


WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO SEEZONA WORK WITH?

Seezona orders are shipped with UPS or FedEx, with some exceptions.


DOES SEEZONA OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING FOR QUICKER DELIVERY?

To ensure quick and convenient delivery, all shipments are sent via express shipping. While the shipping provider may vary, most orders are typically shipped with UPS or FedEx.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes, you can return your ordered product(s)* within 14 calendar days of receiving them. Please note that the return shipment must be shipped within this timeframe using the shipping label provided by us. Always save the return receipt or other proof of return from the carrier.

The returned product(s) must be new and not show any signs of wear, and they must have their original tags attached. For swimwear and underwear, hygiene labels must be in their original place.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@seezona.com with the following information:

- Order ID

- Details of the product(s) you'd like to return

- Reason for return (Please choose one of the options below):

1. Too small

2. Too big

3. The item was not as expected

4. The quality was not as expected

5. The item does not match the description

6. Changed mind

7. Incorrect item received

8. Damaged or faulty item

9. Arrived late

10. Other (Please specify if possible)


Please note that if you are returning products from more than one brand, each brand's products are to be packaged and labeled separately.

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.


DO YOU CHARGE A RETURN FEE?

​We charge a return fee of $30/€30/£30/300 SEK per parcel returned. Please note that if you want to return products from more than one brand, each brand’s products are to be returned in separate parcels. The maximum return fee you will be charged for one order is $60/€60/£60/600 SEK, regardless of how many brands your return contains. The return fee will be deducted from your refund.


CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you can return the original order and then place a new order.

REFUNDS

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Returns

For returns, you will be refunded the original order value including shipping, minus any taxes and duties paid, and the applicable return fee ($30/€30/£30/300SEK for one parcel, $60/€60/£60/600SEK for two or more parcels). Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days. We will refund you using the same payment method as used at purchase.


Order cancellations

If your order has not been processed and we can accommodate a cancellation, you will receive a refund for the full order value. We will refund you using the same payment method as used at purchase.

IS THE SHIPPING FEE REFUNDABLE?

Yes, any shipping fee paid is refunded along with the price of the product(s) ordered if you choose to return your order.​

ARE TAXES AND DUTIES REFUNDABLE?

No. Please note that any taxes and duties associated with an order will not be refunded if you choose to return your order.


WILL THE RETURN FEE BE DEDUCTED FROM MY REFUND?
