Returns & Refunds
RETURNS
- Ordered product(s) can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
- The return shipment must be shipped within the 14 calendar day time using the shipping label provided by us. Always save the return receipt or other proof of return from the carrier.
- Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- The return shipment must be shipped within the 14 calendar day timeframe.
- The returned product(s) must be new and not show any signs of wear, and they must have their original tags attached. For swimwear and underwear, hygiene labels must be in their original place.
- If a return contains products from more than one brand, each brand’s products are to be returned in separate parcels.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@seezona.com with the following information:
- Order ID
- Details of the product(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for return (Please choose one of the options below):
1. Too small
2. Too big
3. The item was not as expected
4. The quality was not as expected
5. The item does not match the description
6. Changed mind
7. Incorrect item received
8. Damaged or faulty item
9. Arrived late
10. Other (Please specify if possible)
RETURN FEE
- Seezona charges a return fee of $30/€30/£30/300 SEK per parcel returned.
- If a return includes products from more than one brand, each brand’s products are to be returned in separate parcels.
- The maximum return fee for one order is $60/€60/£60/600 SEK, regardless of how many parcels the return contains.
- The return fee will be deducted from the return refund.
EXCHANGES
- At this time, exchanges are not offered. The original order can be returned, and a new one placed if a different size or color is desired.
CANCELLATIONS
- If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to assist with cancellation. If approved, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method.
REFUNDS
- For returns, the original order value including shipping will be refunded, minus any taxes and duties paid, and the applicable return fee ($30/€30/£30/300SEK for one parcel, $60/€60/£60/600SEK for two or more parcels).
- Any shipping fee paid is refunded if the order is returned.
- Taxes and duties associated with an order will not be refunded if the order is returned.
- The applicable return fee will be deducted from the refund if an order is returned.
- Once a return has been processed and approved, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days using the same payment method as used at the purchase.
- If an order has not been processed and is successfully canceled, a refund for the full order value will be provided.
- Once a cancellation has been confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days using the same payment method as used at purchase.
